These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the INTOURCAMS website and related digital services (the “Service”). INTOURCAMS is the Integrated Tourism Coordination and Monitoring System for tourism information in Sarawak.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms should be read together with the INTOURCAMS Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the Service.

Some features of the Service require an account. When you create or use an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should notify INTOURCAMS using the contact details in Section 10.

Tourism players and other authorised users may create, update, or manage tourism listing information and related content subject to review, approval, and platform rules. You must ensure that information you submit is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for publication where publication is intended.

INTOURCAMS may suspend, restrict, or remove access to accounts or features where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or the integrity of published information.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Service
• Misuse accounts, analytics, maps, AI Planner, or other features of the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or collect information from others without a lawful basis

Users may submit reviews and other user-generated content. You are responsible for the content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it may be displayed, moderated, or removed as reasonably required to operate the Service.

INTOURCAMS may review, refuse, edit, or remove content where reasonably necessary, including for accuracy, safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity. Moderation does not mean INTOURCAMS endorses every item of content that remains available.

The Service, including its branding, layout, software, and INTOURCAMS-created materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property and related rights. You may use the Service for its intended tourism information and coordination purposes, but you may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit the platform or its non-public materials without permission, except as allowed by law.

Tourism listing content, images, and related materials may belong to tourism players, operators, or other rights holders. Publication on INTOURCAMS does not transfer ownership of that content to users of the Service.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact INTOURCAMS using the details in Section 10 so the matter can be reviewed.

INTOURCAMS provides tourism information, coordination tools, maps, analytics, and related digital features to support discovery and management of tourism information in Sarawak. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Public tourism listing information may be provided by tourism players, operators, or other contributors. Publication of a listing, contact detail, event, resource, or related information does not automatically mean INTOURCAMS endorses, verifies, or guarantees that information, the operator, or any goods or services offered.

AI Planner recommendations and other AI-assisted outputs are generated from available inputs and tourism information. They are provided for general guidance only and should not be treated as guaranteed, complete, authoritative, or error-free. You should verify important travel, safety, pricing, opening hours, and booking details independently before relying on them.

Maps, analytics figures, search results, and visitor counts may be incomplete, delayed, or approximate. They are provided to support understanding of the Service and tourism activity, not as formal statistical certification.

INTOURCAMS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy of all content, or that the Service will always be free of errors or security risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INTOURCAMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Without limiting the above, INTOURCAMS is not responsible for decisions you make based on tourism listings, reviews, maps, analytics, AI Planner outputs, or other information on the Service, or for the acts, omissions, products, or services of third-party operators or service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

INTOURCAMS may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove content, where reasonably necessary, including for breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, legal or security reasons, or to protect users or published information.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, including the courts in Sarawak where applicable.

INTOURCAMS may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Service.
